Hire translators

I think there is a chance for the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands to have a department or designated personnel with the abilities of bilingual translations due that there are so many different nationalities here on the Islands.

It also would be available at all times.

Once this department could be created, otherwise the Court would not find it necessary to put an ad on the local paper.

Even though there may not be cases in need of an interpreter, it would be available.

I make this comment based on my experience that I hade once in a supreme court where I was the translator for a Caymanian who was the defendant.
