New customer service manager at Fidelity

.Fidelity Bank (Cayman) Limited has appointed Janet James as sales and customer service manager.

The addition of Ms James is to help facilitate and support the bank’s expansion of its services, products and client base, states a Fidelity press release.

Ms James is a 21-year veteran of the banking industry with accreditations and comprehensive experience in customer service management, mutual funds, SPV’s and corporate administration. In previous positions she has spear-headed projects on employee coaching and motivation, the cross-selling of banking products and services and has been instrumental in the implementation of online and debit card services.

Ms James is also active in the local community. She is the founder of Global Green Caribbean, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to creating initiatives to protect the environment. She also sits on the PTA Executive Board for George Town Primary.

‘Janet’s experience will be invaluable to us as we continue to grow our banking business and we are confident that her leadership and management skills will help drive future growth across all of our banking products and services,’ said Vice President and Regional Marketing Manager, Tom Gammage.

Ms James will be responsible for supervising teams of customer service professionals, in addition to implementing and developing various cross selling and business development initiatives.
