The Department of Environmental Health (DEH) is offering a basic food hygiene and safety course on Wednesday, 16 April for residents of Cayman Brac.
Anyone working in the Brac’s food industry who have not yet taken the Basic Food Handlers’ training course, or anyone needing to update certification, should register.
The session will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Biggies Restaurant in West End. Registration costs of $15 per person and will cover all materials. Fees should be paid at the Cayman Brac Administrative Building between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
