As part of Rawlinson and Hunter’s year-long celebration of its 35th anniversary, the financial services firm has expanded its corporate donations programme.
In keeping with the ’35’ theme, the firm recently made a donation to the National Council of Voluntary Organisations for $3,500, which will be used to purchase educational supplies, art supplies and teaching materials for ‘Miss Nadine’s’ Pre-School.
‘Thanks to the generous support of Rawlinson and Hunter, we have been able to purchase some wonderful art, teaching and educational materials for the students of the pre-school to use in the new school year. We are most grateful for their assistance with our programme’ said Janice Wilson, chief executive officer of NCVO.
In presenting the donation, William Walmsley, Rawlinson and Hunter partner said: ‘On behalf of the partners and staff of Rawlinson and Hunter I am proud to make this contribution to the NCVO. We recognise their significant contribution to the local community, and it is our hope that this donation will help their efforts in educating and nurturing the young children attending the Pre-School’.
The contribution to the NVCO, Humane Society, Red Cross, National Gallery, National Trust and Lions Club of Tropical Gardens are in addition to the firms’ ongoing annual contribution to organisations such as Hedge Funds Care, Cayman HospiceCare, the Cancer Society and Professionals for Hope and others
