Lets hope that for the $1.67 million the Cayman Islands has spent thus far and still counting, these investigations can be proven against the monies spent, to bring these cases to a ¨just and fair¨ conclusion in our courts.
If not, these monies would have been better spent on providing full paid scholarships for a couple of dozen Caymanians to local and overseas universities.
I do however believe regardless of the upcoming conclusion, having previously worked in the CI Government for many years and knowing the mentality from the UK, much of these monies spent so far is simply for sea, sand, sun, fun, vacation and rum!
Compliments of the one and only, Cayman Islands Government and its tax payers. Here we go again!
