Appleby’s employees donated over $12,000 to the Cayman Island’s Humane Society.
Appleby has supported the Humane Society for a number of years through various events and forms of sponsorship.
In 2007, Appleby also housed numerous dogs from the Humane Society during the passing of Hurricane Dean, states a press release.
Huw Moses, managing partner of Appleby’s Cayman office, said, ‘We are proud to support the Humane Society and its efforts to eliminate animal cruelty, exploitation, and neglect … The Humane Society does an amazing job at caring for and finding homes for such animals, as well as educating the community about animal care in general’.
