CAACI attends Florida tradeshow

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands recently attended the National Business Aviation Association tradeshow in Orlando, Florida.

The objective of attending NBAA is to promote the Cayman Islands Aircraft Registry and associated business services.

Director-General of the CAACI, Mr. Richard Smith said, ‘NBAA’s exhibitors and attendees are appropriate target markets for CAACI to reach potential clientele for the Cayman Islands Aircraft Registry.’

He continued to say, ‘This show continues to present networking opportunities for growing the awareness of the C. I. Aircraft Registry to attendees from a variety of countries (USA, Europe, Middle East and South America).’

The CAACI traditionally attends this annual tradeshow and each year the CAACI booth draws interest from existing and potential clients of the Cayman Islands Aircraft Registry.

This year representatives of local private firms Appleby Global, Bodden Corporate Services Ltd and Bodden & Bodden law firm, Island Air and representative materials from the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism attended the tradeshow with the CAACI.

Also partnering with the CAACI on this initiative were local companies Cayman Airways, Tortuga Rum Company, Dive Tech, Grand Old House, and the Westin Casuarina Resort who donated giveaways and prize offerings.
