Camana Bay has been running its popular Friday-night Live on the Paseo series since 25th July 2008, when it opened with performances by Gary Ebanks and band InTransit.

The event involves local musicians performing between 6 and 9pm on Friday nights every two weeks.
It celebrates local talent and was a key objective of Camana Bay’s, explains Melissa Rewalt from Dart Realty.
‘[The vision was] to offer free entertainment to the public in a convenient and relaxing environment, such as Camana Bay,’ Ms Rewalt explained.
The concept was conjured up by the Dart Realty events team and has proven so successful that it is now a weekly event.
Local acts such as Musical Crew and Heat and newcomers to the Live on the Paseo forum Ocean Drive and Smooth Bill Annie will round out the entertainment for January.
To finish the month, on 31st January a special Brac Aid concert featuring a variety of local bands, such as Suite Elite, Barefoot Man and Gone Country will be held on the Paseo.
Donations received during the outdoor concert will be donated to the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman, who have been involved in the Brac relief effort.
‘The series has been quite successful, we have been very pleased with the turn-out each week,’ said Ms Rewart.
‘We have received positive feedback both from the public and our tenants.’
