The 2nd Annual International Funds Conference is being held this Friday.
The day-long event, which will be co-hosted by Stuart Walker Hersant, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cayman National Fund Services, is being held at the Ritz-Carlton.
The conference will address cases involving director’s issues, auditors’ liability, and redemption issues in detail.
Other topics to be discussed include: investing strategies, the responsibilities and liabilities of the independent director, the global economic situation, the possible impact of new US policies, and Chapter 15 and the results of Bear Stearns: 2009 update.
