Allied Compliance Consultants and Global Compliance Solutions have entered into a strategic partnership to provide enhanced global compliance, anti-money laundering & investigation services.
The companies, which are situated on opposite sides of the globe, one in the Middle East and one in the Caribbean, now have access to resources that would not normally be locally available, and which will provide their clients with a truly diverse compliance solution.
Under the new alliance, the two companies will collaborate on projects and provide cross training in their respective regions.
‘I am delighted to be formalizing our relationship that has developed over the past two years,’ said Karen O’Brien, Managing Partner of Global Compliance Solutions

The company provides outsourced compliance services which include regulatory consultancy, compliance and money laundering reporting officer services, internal reviews, due diligence and investigative services and anti-money laundering training.
‘The concept of outsourcing, especially as it relates to regulatory matters, compliance and anti-money laundering training, has positioned both companies to capture an ever growing market that is trying to keep up with increased demands from regulators,’ she said.
‘I believe there are significant synergies between the services provided by our two companies and that by working together we will be able to provide advanced compliance solutions in a truly global fashion.’
