New director for JA

Junior Achievement of the Cayman Islands, a non-profit organisation whose mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy, announced recently the appointment of Tara McField to the position of programme director.

Pat Randall, president of Junior Achievement, said the organisation was excited about the appointment.

‘Tara’s diverse background together with her enthusiasm for our work, and strong management skills is just the right addition to our team,’ she said. ‘I am confident she will lead Junior Achievement to reach a broader number of students with Junior Achievement’s message.’

Ms McField said she was proud and honoured to join such a vital organisation.

‘I will work hard to ensure that more and more students experience Junior Achievement’s high-quality programmes so they can gain the skills relevant to success in their future careers and in their lives,’ she said.
