Diamonds international launches new store

Diamonds International held a plush
grand opening for its newest location on North Church Street on Thursday.

Done in conjunction with the
Chamber of Commerce, the event was also an opportunity for Diamonds
International to show off one of the company’s ultimate achievements in the
Crown of Light Diamond.

Marketing agent for the company,
Kirsten Rosenboum, commented, “The stone is more brilliant than your
conventional diamond in the way it is cut and has distinctly more shimmer than
the standard diamond.”

The evening was also a chance to give
customers the jump start on Valentine’s Day, with discounts for all on hand, as
well as to give away prizes during the raffle segment of the evening.

President of the Chamber of
Commerce Stuart Bostock told those on hand that he was pleased to see the store
opening a new location and lauded the accomplishments and contributions the
company had made to the jewellery industry.

Diamonds International also has a
store on South Church Street, as well as a Tanzanite International store on
Fort Street.

The company has over 140 stores in
the region.

Mrs. Rosenboum concluded her
remarks by saying Diamonds International is particularly excited about being in
the Cayman Islands.
