STEP designation for Crooks and Awe

Malaqui Awe and Toby Crooks of Rawlinson
& Hunter have completed their Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners
designation.

To achieve this qualification Ms
Awe and Mr. Crooks had to undergo two years of study and had to sit the
required examinations in four advanced papers: Trust Creation, Law and
Practice; Company Law and Practice; Trust Administration and Accounts and
Trustee Investment and Financial Appraisal. They are now entitled to apply for
full membership of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners.

Ms Awe has been working with the
firm since 2007 and is currently a Senior Administrator in the firm’s Trust and
Corporate Services department.

Mr. Crooks has been with the Cayman
Islands office since 2008 as a Senior Administrator in the Trust and Corporate
Services department. He is on secondment from the firm’s London office where he
was a Tax Consultant. Toby is also an ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant.
