Passman appoints new CEO

St. Thomas USVI-based Passman Group of Companies has appointed
Greg L. Ebenholtz as Chief Executive Officer, effective 3 May 2010. 

He joins the company after 12 years
with the St. Thomas-based AH Riise
Company as the general manager of their watch division.

Mr. Ebenholtz has a combined
experience of 25 years in the luxury jewellery and watch industry and also held
senior positions with Little Switzerland,
Mayor’s Jewelers, and The Zale Corporation.

Hugh Treadwell, Director of Passman lauded Mr. Ebenholtz as “a consummate luxury professional and an
exemplary business leader.”

Luxury company Passman was founded more than 30 years
ago in the Cayman Islands and specialises in jewellery and sculptures created
from black coral, diamonds, gold and platinum.

Based on the island of St. Thomas
in the United States Virgin Islands, the Passman Group owns and operates manufacturing facilities and
galleries in St Thomas and gallery stores in Grand Cayman, Las Vegas, Maui and
Ketchikan.
