Mail flights resume from Europe

Mail from the United Kingdom,
Europe, Asia and Africa has begun to flow again, as commercial flights resume
throughout Europe.

Since Tuesday, 13 April, the Cayman
Islands Postal Service, along with most postal administrations, had not been
receiving mail from or dispatching mail to Europe, as flights were grounded due
to the disruption caused by volcanic ash from Iceland.

However, flights began arriving on
Wednesday and mail service is expected to return to normal.
