Construction will begin on the next
phase of the Dragon Bay development, luxury villas called Secret Harbour at The
Ritz-Carlton, on 16 June.
The groundbreaking, which was
announced Friday, follows what the developer called “strong response from
buyers.”
The announcement stated that only a
limited number of Secret Harbour residences remain on the market, with
pre-construction prices starting at US$899,000.
The new development will be managed
by The Ritz-Carlton.
“Secret Harbour owners will
experience the service and luxury of a community crafted to the standards of
the award-winning Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, which has been named the best
resort in the region two years in a row,” the groundbreaking announcement
stated.
Secret Harbour will be located
along the waterways just east of the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman hotel, with
“sweeping views of the Blue Tip golf course”.
