Ritz-Carlton aids Crisis Centre

The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman
presented a check for USD $800 to the Cayman Islands Crisis Centre. This
donation was compensation the hotel received from its client, Eli Lilly, for a
presentation Assistant Director of Human Resources Valerie Tzucker gave to Eli
Lilly sales people on creating customer relationships using the philosophies of
the legendary Ritz-Carlton customer service.

“We were thrilled to share a bit of
our Ritz-Carlton culture with our valued Eli Lilly guests,” said Vice President
and General Manager Franz Ferschke. “However, we are even more excited to pass
on Eli Lilly’s generous donation for that service to our Community Footprints
partners at the Crisis Centre.”
