New addition at Appleby Funds

Christian Victory is the newest
addition to Appleby’s Funds and Investment Services team.

Joining the Corporate and
Commercial Practice group, Mr. Victory transferred from the firm’s British
Virgin Islands office where he spent the past eight months advising clients on
the formation, establishment and listing of mutual funds and hedge funds.  He also has experience in banking and finance,
general lending, debt issuance and general aspects of banking and finance and
corporate and commercial law.

Prior to joining Appleby, Mr.
Victory worked with William Fry Solicitors in Dublin for eight years and was an
associate in the Asset Management and Investment Funds department.  Mr. Victory graduated from University College
Dublin, Ireland, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business and Law (Hons) and
qualified as a solicitor in 2004. He also obtained a Diploma in Applied Financial
Services Law from the Law Society of Ireland in 2003.

Mr. Victory is the latest in a line
of additions to the Appleby team. 
Partner Richard Addlestone joined in January, Partner Sabrina Leacock
rejoined the team on a full-time basis earlier this year, and Senior Counsel
Rory Todd recently transferred from the Appleby London office. In addition,
Associate Charmaine Richter joined the Funds and Investment Services team in
