Butterfield supports cancer awareness

Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Ltd is
sponsoring the Lions Club of Tropical Gardens in support of breast cancer
awareness.

Lions’ President Wendy Wiltshire
thanked Butterfield for its continued support of the club’s community service
projects.

“This financial contribution will
not only provide free mammograms, but also assist cancer patients and their
family with medical and other related expenses,” said Ms Wiltshire.

The club celebrated 13 years of its
awareness campaign in the Cayman Islands with the annual Brenda Tibbetts Lund
Memorial 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, 9 October, and the Dress Down/Dress Pink Day
scheduled for Friday, 15 October.

“Butterfield is delighted to assist
the Lions Club once again with their efforts for this worthy cause. We also
want to congratulate them on 13 years of invaluable service in the area of
breast cancer awareness to our islands,” said Rebecca Ebanks, marketing
assistant at Butterfield.
