Precision Print, a member of the Cayman Free Press portfolio of companies, has been offering reliable and high quality printing services in the Cayman Islands since 1965.
The company is not only behind the production of the Cayman Free Press’ house publications, but also a printing and graphic communications services company in its own right.
“We offer a complete managed print solution, from graphic design to printing and distribution,” says sales representative PJ Coyle.
Some people who have their printing work done in the US out of habit are not aware that Precision Print actually offers these services, he says. This is one of the reasons why Precision Print is going to have a stand at this year’s Chamber of Commerce Business Expo.
“What we are really looking for is the opportunity to raise awareness and to give people quotes for their printing requirements,” says Coyle.
The main benefit that Precision Print offers to customers, he says, is that they are able to give the full range of printing services on island. The personal contact offers a faster service and more control as customers will see a hardcopy as far as the proofing is concerned.
“We have the only large format four colour press on island,” Coyle says, suitable to print anything from corporate stationery, brochures, magazines, flyers, rack cards, programmes and business forms.
“We are very strong on the corporate side, including corporate brochures, letter heads and all your stationery,” emphasises Coyle. “We can do all that here on island.”
Precision Print also provides a fulfilment service, where a customer’s stock items are held permanently in a secure, air-conditioned and humidified storage facility, and can be delivered without delay when they are needed.
In addition the company offers newspaper insert printing, where customers can benefit from the combination of production and an effective distribution channel, all under one roof. “No handling is required. People just need to supply us with the artwork for their insert,” says Coyle. “They don’t have to print overseas.”
Precision Print’s use of the latest technology, employing sophisticated computer to printing plate production techniques, also extends to the environment. 80 per cent of the used printing papers are wood free and the company uses only nontoxic materials and vegetable based inks whenever possible.
The high quality technology that is employed will be reflected in the quality of the product and always be supported by an exceptional service, says Coyle, who invites everybody to visit Precision Print’s coffee house themed exhibition stand at the Business Expo.
