Heritage Holdings Ltd. was formed in 2003 with the vision of being Cayman’s premier provider of quality commercial space.  Since its inception, we have developed top quality warehouse, retail and office properties which are strategically located throughout the Island. 

Our expertise in construction and development ensures our customers are safe and secure. Our properties meet or exceed building codes and are constructed with security enhancements such as hurricane rated glass or accordion hurricane shutters and 24 hour security cameras, ample parking and dawn to dusk lighting.  Each property is exceptionally maintained with reliable management. We provide commercial space at our Universal Warehouse Park and Kingbird Warehouse Park for document archiving, industrial businesses, wholesalers and general storage needs.

Retail locations at Countryside Shopping Village and Centennial Towers are provided for service businesses, offices, retail shops, restaurants and government entities.

A new area of focus is to ensure that our tenants have what they need to be successful and effectively market their products and services. To this end, Heritage Holdings has hired a Sales and Marketing Manager to develop this new facility for our tenants. Attractive benefits such as marketing support and networking between tenants, sales offers and special family events at the retail properties will be provided for all the Heritage Holdings tenant businesses. Our goal is to create a unique team environment that fosters innovation and success with our present and future customers.
