The Cayman
Islands Tourism Association has announced the names of the individuals
nominated for Stingray Awards.
The annual awards
are given to those who have made a significant contribution to Cayman’s tourism
industry across all aspects of the sector.
The gala
ceremony takes place at Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort on Tuesday, 9
November as both frontline staff who deal with the public and those behind the
scenes are recognised for their hard work.
Tickets for
the gala cost $75 and all proceeds are donated to a scholarship fund which will
assist the career of an individual wishing to pursue tourism.
