Laughter Lounge
Weekend returns

Get ready for side-splitting laughter this weekend when Executive Class Entertainment presents Laughter Lounge Weekend Friday, 10 December and Saturday, 11 December, featuring Gary Owen from the hit show House of Payne, with host Damon Williams.

Williams, who performed for the first Laughter Lounge shows and is now hosting, has worked on BET’s Comic View, Comedy Central’s Premium Blend and P Diddy’s Bad Boys of Comedy. He was also the opening act for the Kings of Comedy Tour.

Organisers say the event will be one of laughs, fun and networking in a sophisticated atmosphere. Starting with a networking reception that will feature two-for-one cocktails and appetisers, the evening will be accentuated by the smooth sounds of Stuart Wilson and the Love Culture Band, who will join the lineup after two stellar performances at the first Laughter Lounge Weekend in October.

Williams will be joined by the headliner, actor-comedian Gary Owen, who is also one of the hottest comics in America and can be seen playing Zach the barber on Tyler Perry’s House of Payne.

Laughter Lounge at Margaritaville features a different comedian every month from the hit show Martin Lawrence Presents 1st Amendment Stand Up seen on the Starz Network.

Proceeds from the show will benefit various charities in the Cayman Islands.

The charity chosen to benefit from this month’s Laughter Lounge Weekend is the Cayman AIDS Foundation/WNOL.

Tickets can be purchased at Postnet in the Galleria Plaza. General admission is $35 in advance, more at the gate.

Tables for groups of four start at $130. VIP group tables, which come with complimentary champagne, are $250. Absolute Vodka will be on sale for $4 all night.
