Twelve students from the Cayman Prep and High School performing arts programme recently visited New York to watch three plays – Driving Miss Daisy, That Championship Season and Arcadia.
The trip was possible largely thanks to the generosity of Cayman National Bank, which provided $3,000 in sponsorship.
The students and two teachers spent three days in New York as part of their continued preparation for the GCSE and A-level examinations.
“Having such a wonderful opportunity to bring the many aspects of the exam curriculum to life is amazing,” said drama teacher Ann Ralli. “And thanks to CNB’s generosity all of the students have been exposed to the performing arts at the highest level.”
