Miss Cayman Cristin Alexander was wished well on her journey to the Miss Universe Pageant which takes place in Brazil September by friends and family on Saturday but unfortunately no one from the Miss Cayman Carlene Alexander and grandmother, France Lynee, Excited about her journey despite the letdown Ms Alexander said she was going to bring back home the crown and if this did not materialise she would be just as happy placing in the competition to make Cayman proud, for now she was going to see how it goes and take it from there. Ms Alexander shares a moment with mother Carlene grandmother France Lynee, sister Rosie and brother Liam. Ms Alexander remarked it was very disappointing that no one from the Miss Cayman showed up at the Airport to wish her daughter well but Cristin was optimistic about her journey and did not let it affect her she went on to represent her count and makes us proud. According to Miss Alexander the Miss Cayman Committee chair Lynn Bodden was off island at the time but did call and make her apologises for not being able to see her daughter off.
