Junior Achievement of the Cayman Islands is gearing up for the coming holiday season by holding its Achiever’s Sale from 6 to 8pm on Friday, 2 December, on Market Street in Camana Bay.
At the sale, 11 “companies” run by 14- to 17-year-old Junior Achievers will be selling its products, which have been developed from inception through to production.
There will be a range of products available, including gift baskets of bath products and sweet goodies. There also will be handmade crafts, such as jewellery, rugs, wallets and painted coconuts.
The Achiever’s Sale will be accompanied by live music on the Paseo with Gone Country.
The Cayman Islands Junior Achievement, founded in 1991, is celebrating its 20 year anniversary. It is a nonprofit organisation giving children in middle school and high school hands-on experience in business, work readiness and financial literacy.
