The annual Stride Against Cancer was held along Public Beach in George Town and North Side this past Sunday with more than 1,400 people showing up to walk and run. Walkers at both events are treated to refreshments and prizes after the event, which is a major fundraiser for the Cayman Islands Cancer Society.

And the race is on along Public Beach.

Walkers gathered at the public dock in Old Man Bay in North Side Sunday morning to walk in the Stride Against Cancer. They ended up at Kaibo where names of walkers were drawn and prizes given.
