Harris brings bags of Talent

Someone whose stage name is Talent ‘King of New York’ Harris had better be good otherwise he could find it very difficult to get an appreciative audience. Thankfully for Harris he has carved out a long and successful career working with some of the biggest names in the industry and making plenty laugh in the process.

When the monthly Laughter Lounge resumes next weekend 16 and 17 March, we’ll get a chance to judge for ourselves whether Harris lives up to the hype. The shows are at Vivendi’s Great Room in the Strand Plaza below Elements Night Club. After the successful running of the comedy festival in January, promoters Rod Jefferson and Brad Watts took a break last month, so there are plenty of Laughter Lounge regulars anxious for their hilarity dose.

Regular Laughter Lounge host Damon Williams is back to gel it all together and gives us another run down on what he amuses him about Cayman culture. A former Subway sandwich shop owner from Chicago, Williams began his career at All Jokes Aside Comedy club in Chicago. Apart from the odd cheesy punch line, he’s come a long way since those Subway days. Making much more dough too!
