Cayman Outreach Association continues to reach out to the community in spreading God’s word through encouraging others to follow his calling and directions.
The association recently held a “Call to Repentance Crusade” on North Sound Road, which was attended by Christians in the community.
The free event, organised by promoter Margaret Branch Bennett through the Cayman Outreach Association, hosted local and international speakers.
Bishop Orville Smith, along with Prophet Bonitto Sappleton, bestowed their blessing on the Cayman Islands and shared with listeners the power of God’s words.
Despite drops of rain, nothing dampened spirits of those involved as Jamaican gospel artist Kay Morris, Georgia Jackson and Hopeton Willis used the word through joyful sounds to glorify God and lead the listener into that quiet place to praise God. Kay Morris stirred many souls with her “Freedom Through the Blood of Jesus” hit.
The gospel artists also took their anointing into the communities by participating in local charity presentations, as well as taking time to minister at local churches.
Besides spreading the word of God through crusades, the association is involved in mentoring, seminars and other workshop programmes. At present, the association is in the process of opening a “Gospel Cafe”. This will be a place where Christian people can mingle, get to know each other and participate in activities.
Promoter Margaret Branch Bennett is also the promotor and organiser of the Outpouring of Glory Crusade, with Dr. Fred Omouryi out of Bahamas and the yearly revival in the east free concert.
