Business Coaching Cayman: Putting business in the right context

Whether you are working for a small or large organisation, everyone in business can benefit from deeper insight into issues such as understanding their business cycle, creating revenue and building equity and value, especially in this tough economic climate, so the Chamber is especially pleased to have launched our Business Coaching Cayman initiative.

For this pilot programme, the Chamber is working in partnership with Shirlaws Cayman, an internationally-recognised company geared toward coaching businesses to success. Fidelity is a major sponsor of the pilot programme.

Business Coaching Cayman is a six-month programme specifically designed to give the 12 participants the access they need to vital tools, techniques and skills that will help them not just survive in today’s globally competitive environment but thrive, enhancing and growing their business.

Business Coaching Cayman will look at the very core of each business, assisting participants in planning for and achieving their company’s strategy and vision.

Topics covered throughout the six-month programme will include:

  • Leveraging your business cycle
  • Positioning and your key focus
  • Creating revenue
  • Capacity planning and growth
  • Building equity and value

Business Coaching Cayman will assist participants in both group settings and individually: the professional coaching team at Shirlaws will facilitate monthly 90-minute group sessions and will also give participants the opportunity to enjoy one-on-one confidential coaching sessions.

The programme was launched on 2 October, 2012. Anyone looking to learn how to expand and grow your business can contact [email protected] at the Chamber to register for the next programme in 2013.
