The latest round of the PwC Junior Tennis tournament saw plenty of quality play by the kids at the Tennis Club courts in South Sound on Saturday.
Callum Theaker was the Under-18s champ even though he is only 12.
Head coach Rob Seward said: “I thank all of the junior players that participated. The players were fantastic and the sportsmanship was incredible.
“After every final match today the players would give their opponent sporting pat which was great to see. I would also like to thank PwC for their fantastic sponsorship for the junior circuit.
“PwC has been a great partnership in growing the sport in the Cayman Islands,” he added. “I would also like to thank the parents for their support. A special thanks to Sue Bjuro, Alison Lomax and Martin Wilkinson for taking pictures.
“It was nice to see some new juniors in the spotlight and it was also great to see some of the older players come back into the PwC junior circuit,” Seward said.
The next PwC junior circuit tournament is between 10 and 12 May at courts at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.
