Thierry Henry looks set to resume his love affair with Arsenal, only not as a player.
The 37-year-old Frenchman ended his four-year playing career in Major League Soccer with the New York Red Bulls on Saturday and has admitted he is interested in a return to Arsenal in a coaching capacity.
He even changed his Facebook photograph to an image of the Emirates Stadium.
Henry told L’Equipe last week that he will become “a coach, a consultant or executive.”
The 1998 World Cup winner admitted he regrets not helping Arsenal win the Champions League and that he would like to contribute to helping them to succeed in Europe’s premier competition.
