Law firm launches new practice

Paul Parker has joined Etienne Blake as the head of its new Corporate Finance Practice.

Parker joins the firm from the Cayman Islands office of Maples and Calder. He previously worked at Ashurst in London and has nearly 15 years of experience in the practice of corporate and finance law.

Etienne Blake said in a press release it now offers a more comprehensive legal service in bank lending and general finance matters, capital markets, funds and funds financing, aircraft financing, ship and aircraft registration, listings, trusts, general corporate matters and incorporation and registered office services.
