Leacock-Broderick new director of The Ritz-Carlton Residences

The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman has appointed Theresa Leacock-Broderick as the new director for The Residences. She joins the resort with over 25 years of experience in hospitality and tourism management.

Ms. Leacock-Broderick, a Cayman Islands native, has experience in leadership positions at The National Trust for the Cayman Islands, BrandSource Home Gallery, Plantana Condo Resort and previous experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman as executive director of culture, environment and destination services. She is also an active member of the Cayman Islands Tourism Association, currently serving as president.

“We are very happy to welcome Theresa back to The Ritz-Carlton. I’ve known her for many years and have worked with her in other capacities, particularly as president of CITA,” said General Manager Marc Langevin. “She understands the needs and expectations of our resident owners and represents The Ritz-Carlton culture of service very well.”
