Police arrested wanted man Charles Walton III on Saturday on suspicion of robbery.
He is being held in custody pending further investigation, police said.
The RCIPS, in a brief statement issued on Saturday evening, thanked the public for their assistance in locating him.
The police had issued an appeal to the public earlier this month to help find Walton and another man, Lusito Hernandez, in connection with firearm-related offences.
Police on Saturday renewed their appeal to members of the public to help find Hernandez, who remains at large.
