Walking into the National Gallery on Friday night, 25 Nov., one could have been forgiven for thinking they’d walked onto the set of ‘Bridgerton’.
The gallery’s Regency Garden Masquerade gala fundraiser featured an array of high-waisted gowns and other period clothing, sequinned masks, elaborate hairstyles and lots of high fashion, all with the purpose of raising money for education programmes at the gallery.
