A 24-year-old from West Bay has been charged with attempted murder and possession of an unlicensed firearm in relation to last month’s shooting at Marquee Plaza.
The suspect was arrested on Monday and appeared in court on Wednesday to face the charges.
The incident on 18 Dec. left a man in critical condition in hospital.
Police responded to reports of shots fired around 7:20pm following an altercation at the rear of the Power Supply Bar on Lawrence Boulevard.
The victim had received a single gun-shot wound to his torso and was taken to hospital in a private vehicle where he was treated for serious injuries.

The 24-year-old facing the charges was remanded in custody until Friday, 6 January, when he will appear in the Grand Court.
