Around 2,000 self-proclaimed nudists and swingers dropped in on Grand Cayman, Wednesday.
The adventurous cruisers – were part of the Bliss Summit 2023 – which departed Miami, Monday.
The visiting swingers enjoyed themselves around the island, with some reportedly partaking in a naked scuba dive.
The racy nature of the cruise, which advertises itself as an “erotic playground for adventurers” where “clothing is optional” might seem to clash with the islands’ conservative culture, where topless sunbathing is off-limits.
But there were no reports of any incidents involving the voyeuristic visitors at the usual hotspots for cruise tourists.

The X-rated trip, on board the Celebrity Summit, is part of a growing niche of adult-themed cruise tourism, particularly popular with older couples.
The ‘Bliss Summit’ was advertised to adventurous couples, swingers and nudists. Around 80% of the clientele is over 45, according to the cruise website.
The cruise ship features a “clothing optional pool area”, “sexy seminars” and adult-themed playrooms” throughout the ship.
“Explore the beauty that the open sea has to offer while you celebrate with erotic theme parties every night,” the website states.
The five-day cruise is marketed to people of 21 and over and features a stop in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, as well as Cayman.
Nudist, swinging or adult-themed cruises appear to be a growing sector for the industry.
According to industry travel site Cruise Critic, “Bliss Cruises and Couples Cruise are among the more popular offerings….
“Some cruises are clothing-optional, while others are more geared toward partner swapping. You don’t have to be a swinger to partake in such a cruise; a lot of people go simply for the open-minded atmosphere.
“People flock to these types of cruises for every reason under the sun: to swing, have sexy one-on-one time with a significant other and to explore wild ideas in a safe, judgment-free environment. They come from all ages, backgrounds and body types, from all around the world. You’ll find singles, couples and organized groups, as well as people you wouldn’t necessarily expect: doctors, politicians, oil executives and PTA moms,” the article states.
