As Water Authority – Cayman continues celebrating 40 years of service to the people of the Cayman Islands, the Authority will be hosting a Customer Appreciation Day in Cayman Brac as recognition and gratitude to the Cayman Brac community for their role in the Authority’s continued success. The event will take place on 8th September 2023, from 1PM to 3PM at the Cayman Brac Beach Resort.
Customers in Cayman Brac are invited to join and enjoy a variety of food, drinks, giveaways, raffles, and much more. Customer Service Representatives will also be available to assist with account and online billing setup, update customer information, and highlight the Authority’s newest service of phone call balance retrieval.
Dr Gelia Frederick-van Genderen, Water Authority Director, expressed her joy for the event, stating, “As we celebrate this most significant milestone, we are thrilled to have the opportunity to continue celebrating our customers, as they are an integral part of the Authority’s success. Following the Customer Appreciation Day in May at the Grand Cayman Headquarters, we are simply pleased to similarly acknowledge our Cayman Brac customers. We sincerely thank all our customers for their patronage over the last 40 years”.
