Police have confirmed that Antascio Rankine, whom they had been seeking in connection with burglary offences, turned himself in on Thursday.
The RCIPS earlier this week had issued a public appeal for assistance in tracking down Rankine and a second man, Rolan Welcome.
Rankine, police said, was arrested for burglary offences after turning himself in to the Cayman Islands Detention Centre on Thursday afternoon and remained in custody as investigations continued.
The RCIPS thanked the public for their assistance.
