Indulge in a festive cocktail with this delightful drink from Door No. 4, where it is a highlight on the bar menu.

The cocktail is given a truly Cayman twist as the mudslide is a recipe devised on-island, which, for this drink, has the decadent ingredient of locally made gelato.

MUDSLIDE ROCHER

  • 1.5 oz Werther’s Original infused Wodka vodka (Wodka vodka from Jacques Scott)
  • 2.8 oz Rocher gelato (made exclusively by Gelato & Co.)
  • 0.75 oz espresso
  • 0.5 oz water
  • 0.25 oz saline solution

Blend all ingredients together, pour into a cocktail coupe glass, garnish with a chocolate disc.
