A three-day trial has been scheduled in connection with a robbery in April at the Al La Kebab restaurant in Marquee Plaza.
Shamae Courtney Bethune on Friday pleaded not guilty to the 28 April robbery, during which a cellphone and $400 were stolen. He also denied possessing an imitation firearm used in the course of the robbery.
Bethune opted for a jury trial, which has been set for 29 June.
Justice Cheryll Richards remanded Bethune in custody.
