A
man was shot in the arm in what was initially reported as a robbery attempt in
the Frank Sound area of North Side district overnight Friday.
The
incident occurred at a home on Perditha Lane just west of the Frank Sound Fire
Station.
According
to initial reports received by the Caymanian Compass, robbery suspects attacked
a man returning home at that address. There was a struggle during which the
victim was shot in the arm.

He
was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No
arrests were immediately reported.
