No application made for bail
A man charged with burglary and attempted burglary appeared in Summary Court on Friday.
Dwayne Miguel Evans, 40, is charged with burglary and attempted burglary at a complex in Tropical Gardens, George Town.
Charge sheets show an address for Evans in the same complex.
He is accused of entering one unit as a trespasser on May 9 with intent to steal. He is also accused of entering another unit as a trespasser on May 10 and stealing jewelry and electrical goods with a total value of $6,108.
Defense Attorney Prathna Bodden did not make any application for bail on Evans’s behalf.

Magistrate Philippa McFarlane Ebanks remanded him in custody until Thursday, May 22, when he was expected to make application to the Drug Rehabilitation Court.
