Since being in Jamaica, Ms Fagan has furthered her studies in alternative medicine through the Alternative Medicine College of Canada to become a natural health consultant practitioner in Jamaica. She is also a spa technician and certified cosmetologist.

Because her clinic has had such a wide success in that country, Ms Fagan has set her sights on making Cayman a part of her focus in providing healthy living for her fellow Caymanians and encouraging them to visit the clinic located at 65 Portmore Pines Plaza, Portmore, Jamaica

With nothing but total health fitness in mind, Healthy Solutions Day Spa and Damaged Hair Clinic specialises in medical relaxation therapies, detox, massages, reflexology lymphatic drainage, health examinations such as cholesterol, blood pressure and cholesterol tests as well as spa treatments.

Ms Fagan’s main focus is educating people about harmful toxins in the body.

‘Toxins cause the body to clog from the use of drugs and things we eat and drink,’ said Ms Fagan.

‘Cleansing your system regularly whether it is through colon cleansing, body wraps, massages, exercise or detoxing does well for the body.’

The spa treatment, said Ms Fagan, works by electro-magnetism to eliminate toxins the liver and kidney cannot excrete on their own. The treatment requires sitting for thirty minutes with your feet in the spa. Clean clear water mixed with one hundred percent sea salts enhances the process in the removal of toxins from the body.

Some side affects may occur such as drying of the feet due to the salt used to ionize the water.

‘What is released from the body is heavy metals, stuff from the joints, mucus from the lymphatic system and other gunk that clog the system. A minimum of three treatments is recommended,’ said Ms Fagan.

‘It is amazing but it works. People who have participated in the treatment have given testimonies to its success. At present we have three ionic detoxifier’s machines at the clinic. People come from all over Jamaica to use the service to detox.

The clinic does not diagnose, treat or cure disease. It only offers natural health remedies and solutions through health education and alternative methods, said Ms Fagan.

People coming into Jamaica from overseas for the treatment will have no problems with hotel and transportation to the clinic. Ms Fagan said they are willing for a small fee to arrange transportation and arrange bookings in nearby hotels. Ms Fagan works strictly by appointments so these have to be booked prior to treatment.

Besides her clinic which is doing very well in Jamaica Ms Fagan who is know by her congregation as Bishop Fagan also has a church in Portmore.

Her travels took her to Jamaica to the mission field from her church here in Cayman, Vision Church of God on McField Lane Eastern Avenue, George Town.

There is a growing demand for alternative medicine, with herbal supplements as the most popular method to treating ailments. However persons with medical conditions should consult their physicians when implementing alternative medicines.
