Missing Ferdie

I was saddened to read of the passing of Ferdie, Ferdinand Adolphus Seymour.

I got to know Ferdie through his work at Hurley’s Grand Harbor.

I didn’t know him well but he was always ready with a smile and a good word. Juxtapose this with an article two pages later, on super-model Naomi Campbell throwing another petulant temper tantrum and behaving rudely as only a person of her stature can do.

Ferdie was a genuinely kind person. You will be missed. Rest in peace, Ferdie.
