I have been visiting grand Cayman at least yearly for the past seven years, and I love the Island a lot. I have noticed a decline in the cleanliness generally. There is a lot more litter and junk’ lately and it’s a shame.
In some countries, people from the correctional system are out wearing orange vests and equipped with safety gear to help clean the roadsides. I wonder if anything like this has been considered
