Ritz-Carlton speaker hits home

In reference to the quote from Mr. Hargett in the Ritz-Carlton article on Feb. 7: ‘They want customers to leave two ways: broke (having spent lots of money) and thinking ‘When am I going to do this again?”

Perhaps he should employ Ronnie Foster who was successful in taking our money at Indies Suites and left us thinking, when are we ever going to do this again?
