HSA image blotted

I spent nearly nine years as manager of Patient Relations at the Health Services and Cathy Gomez was my supervisor.

I am horrified and sick to my stomach to think that such treatment could happen to Mrs. Gomez.

I am now 72 and in all my years of working in the public, I never had a better, more dedicated, understanding boss.

She is a woman of Integrity and this is a blot on the image of the HSA.
