The Security Centre Ltd. will present security solutions focusing on an introduction to CCTV and its applications specific to city-wide systems. There will be live demonstrations of working systems for both invitation only and public viewing.

As the island’s authorized dealer for GE Security, there will be a special guest from GE Security Engineering from Boca Raton Florida on hand for the Expo.

The members of the team at The Security Centre Ltd. fully support the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce, explained The Security Centre’s Business Development Manager Ted Day Jr.

‘From education to economic development, the Chamber seeks to give each of its members the opportunity to prosper in today’s competitive business world. With so much competition, it is nice to be part of an organization that is dedicated to contributing to your success’.

Mr. Day added that there is a place in the Chamber of Commerce for members to get involved and accomplish collectively what no one of them could do individually. ‘There is strength that lies in attracting the greatest number of individuals and firms into membership, thereby creating a pool of resources from which to draw ideas, energies, and finances.’

The Security Centre Ltd. was formed in April of 2000 out of the merger of two long standing Caymanian companies, Five Star Security Services and SCI Limited who joined forces with the Bermuda Security Group, that islands largest security company.

‘Since its conception The Security Centre has grown to be the most recognized full services security provider in the Cayman Islands. With only 30 employees in 2000, the company now employs nearly 200 staff members across its two divisions, Security Systems and Security Services and provides complete security solutions to residential, commercial and government clients,’ said a statement from the company.
